Welcome to our blog! We created this blog for our genius hour project which is us going to the gym twice a week for twelve weeks. We will be working out every Tuesday and Thursday for an hour after school at the YMCA. This blog will show our progress and improvement over the next twelve weeks. We will track the amount of calories we burn, how well we sleep, our stress level, and how well we feel overall. Our goal for this project is to become healthier and encourage others to start working out. Over the next twelve weeks we will blog, track our progress, and post pictures. Depending on how the first few weeks go we might workout longer, add a workday(s), or change our diet. |
